As únicas garantias da(s) Peças são aquelas estipuladas abaixo. Salvo disposição expressa nesta Proposta a GEHC não fornece quaisquer outras garantias, expressas ou implícitas.

A garantia da(s) são exclusivamente contra defeitos de fabricação pelo período de 90 (noventa) dias contados da data da emissão da Nota Fiscal de entrega da(s) Peça(s), de tal forma que a GEHC reparará ou substituirá, a seu critério, parte, peça, componente, que mostrarem falhas comprovadamente decorrentes de defeito de fabricação.

Estão excluídos desta garantia defeitos ou danos provocados por fatores externos, tais como variações de energia elétrica, temperatura, umidade ou outros em não conformidade com as recomendações fornecidas no Manual do Equipamento fornecido pela GEHC ou, ainda, outros defeitos decorrentes do não cumprimento das recomendações fornecidas pela GEHC à COMPRADORA, assim como os danos provocados pelo acesso ou manuseio para fins de manutenção e/ou realização de serviços técnicos no(s) Equipamento(s) por terceiros não autorizados pela GEHC, além de danos provocados por caso fortuito ou força maior.
A COMPRADORA tem plena ciência e concorda que a GEHC, poderá, a seu exclusivo critério, fornecer peças de reposição recondicionadas, desde que tais peças se encontrem em perfeitas condições de funcionamento e de acordo com as normas da ANVISA/Ministério da Saúde.
Além disto, a garantia será considerada extinta, caso ocorra qualquer um dos seguintes eventos:

a) Inobservância das normas de instalação, de uso, de manutenção e de segurança contidas nos manuais que acompanham a(s) Peça(s); b) Introdução de alterações da(s) Peça(s)ou uso de acessórios impróprios; c) Assistência técnica prestada por pessoas não-autorizadas ou indicada(s) pela GEHC; e d) Falta de pagamento, total ou parcial devido pela aquisição da(s) Peça(s).

Nota: Qualquer parte/peça de reposição adquirida de terceiros e instalada por terceiros sem a anuência prévia da GEHC durante o período de garantia da(s) Peça(s), cancela e anula referida garantia por completo.
O prazo da garantia não se interrompe, nem se prorroga, pelos reparos ou substituições feitos pela GEHC.

Product Overview

The LOGIQ e R6 Battery Pack is a battery that is used to power a system or device. The continued operation of any system during power interruptions can be achieved by the presence of a battery. The lithium-ion battery provides power when an AC power source is interrupted. Lithium-ion batteries last longer than conventional batteries and do not require replacement as often. The lithium-ion technology used is significantly less hazardous to the environment than the lithium metal technology used in some other batteries, such as watch batteries. This particular battery comes along with the protection circuit for detecting function of overcharge, over discharge and current over discharge occurrences. The battery pack is capable of continuous charging at 16.4V and a 2000mA maximum current. The charging will be terminated if the current is less than 200mA. It is capable of continues discharge at standard discharge current across the entire discharge operating temperature range (the system temperature requirement when using the battery pack, 10 to 40° C). This battery pack is provided with a LED display for the identification of charge levels. It has 4 LED's for the relative display or absolute state of charge. Overcharge Prevention: 4.20V ± 0.025V/Cell Over Discharge Prevention: 3.10V ± 0.05V/Cell Short Circuit: 55A ( ± 10%)/244uS-344uS Over Current Protection: 13A( ± 0.5A)/2.7-3.7S and 31A( ± 1A)/27-31ms.
