Product Overview
The Dolly to Cover Attachment Pin is used in the pivoting dolly HDe6 front cover, which is part of the Computed Tomography (CT) system. The pin, is a relatively long hex rod that is threaded on both ends and M10 washer attached to it. The outside of a pin is a hex so it can be driven with a wrench. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the parts as per the requirement. This pin is used to attach the pivoting dolly tube with pivoting plate using wing nut and special washer fastener. The steel material used for manufacturing has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part. The threaded part is made by a high precision method for a perfect cut thread finish to make for a smoother operation. The zinc plated finish over the surface adds more corrosion resistance to the material.
